Illegal foreign workers in South Korea who have stayed for more than four years as of March 31, 2003 must voluntary leave before November 15, 2003, otherwise, they will be fined and deported by force in accordance with the country’s related laws.

The amnesty given to workers who have stayed in South Korea for less than four (4) years, as of March 31, 2003 ended last October 31.
