The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) offers free online courses for Filipinos.

TESDA Online Program or TOP was created to make technical education accessible for all Filipinos - students, out-of-school youths, unemployed adults, workers, professionals and overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) -  be a more effective and efficient way of learning with the use of internet.

Using laptops or desktop computers, Filipinos can enroll and take the online courses for free - no tuition fee to pay.

Filipinos must create first an account at TOP with a valid email before they can start their choice of online courses to study.

However, no training certificate will be given once the course is finished. A face-to-face assessment at any TESDA accredited center or venue is needed for the issuance of National Certification.
