Mar 18, 2014
Aside from over-the-counter payment, OFWs may now pay for their monthly contribution for PAG-IBIG through credit card and G-Cash.
Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) can now pay for their PAG-IBIG monthly contributions through remittance and exchange centers as well as text messaging.
Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted when paying for an OFW's PAG-IBIG contributions. You must do some procedures online on paying for your HDMF contribution on the PAG-IBIG Fund's website, though. Just input some information asked and you're done!
On the other hand, G-cash is accepted when paying through text. Just like when paying through credit card, you need to accomplish and register some information before being able pay for your contribution.
OFWs should keep all their remittance or deposit slips issued by the remittance centers.
These new method of PAG-IBIG payment allow OFWs to pay without hassle anytime, anywhere and guarantees that the payment made will be transferred to the PAG-IBIG Fund's bank account.
