A Taste of Everything in One Community

If surveys were to be believed, 2014 may be a good year for the real estate and property sector in the Philippines, as property development is sought after to meet the huge demands for office, commerical and residential spaces in the Philippines. Add to that, the Philippines is considered one of the possible investment prospects in Asia-Pacific by foreign investors this year.

The Philippines boasts various real estate and property developers. Megaworld, undoubtedly, is included in that list. Named the biggest real estate and property developer in the Philippines in 2011 (and still tops their industry as we speak) and a beacon of excellence in their sector (receiving corporate accolades just last year), MEGAWORLD is now gearing up for a new, innovative property development that is soon to rise in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).

THE CONCEPT

MEGAWORLD assures that the township design at The Fort would not left behind by modernization and matches the 21st century lifestyle and communities. Expect Spanish Mediterranean-inspired buildings, and structures with touches of Italian and Italian Mediterranean designs. Infrastractures of buildings are carefully planned by MEGAWORLD, without sacrificing natural resources that may be affected in the vicinity.
