According to a directive from the Labor Department to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who are residing in Samar and Leyte; the areas badly hit by typhoon Yolanda can process their working documents at the following satellite offices:

The same directive also informed that DOLE is currently working to restore full OFW services by the POEA and partner agencies OWWA, Pag-Ibig, and Philhealth at the DOLE Compound in Tacloban City.
