Last May, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) identified 76 countries as overseas Filipino worker (OFW)-friendly. It was stated in the Department of Foreign Affairs, POEA Governing Board Resolution No. 2, series of 2011.

The DFA through its foreign posts added 49 new counties to the list by certifying that the following countries are likewise compliant with the guarantees under in Republic Act 10022 or the Amended Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995. This means that the government agency is allowing continuous deployment of OFWs on the countries listed below:
