According The Philippine Embassy in Washington D.C. in America, their office will be closed on the following dates in observance of Philippine and US holidays.
November 7: Eidul Adha (Feast of the Sacrifice) (Philippines)
November 11: Veterans Day (USA)
November 24: Thanksgiving Day (USA)
November 30: Bonifacio Day (Philippines) - VVP, GMA News

To observe national holidays of the Philippines and the UAE, the Philippine Embassy in Dubai, UAE will be closed on the dates specified below:
Nov. 6 to 8: Eid'l Adha (Philippines/UAE)
November 27: Al-Hijra (UAE)
November 30: Bonifacio Day (Philippines)
