Are you an OFW in Saudi Arabia who needs to renew your Philippine passport? The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh will conduct an outreach consular services missions or what is more commonly known as the “Embassy on Wheels” on the following dates:

Please be informed that since the start of this year, the Embassy has been implementing an appointment system for its consular services to avoid long lines of applicants. No fee is required to be able to set an appointment and there are two ways to do it:

·         By e-mail: Please indicate the full name, contact number, and the city in Saudi Arabia of applicant/s and send it to: eowappointment@philembassy-riyadh.org

·         By SMS (text): Send a text message to 0540269731 with the following:

 EOW(space)full name(space)city in KSA)

Example: EOW Juan Santos Dammam

Family applicants must indicate all the names of its members, otherwise only one slot would be provided to them.

The list of those who would be served during the EOW passport services will be posted on the Embassy website one week before the scheduled EOW. Those who could not be accommodated for the particular EOW will be automatically listed for the next EOW.
