University graduate and above

30- 45 years old

Fluent in English and Mandarin (listen, speak, read and write)

Pro-active, good personal relationship, good communicator, good resistance to

pressure

Know simple electrical concepts and ability to change simple parts like light bulbs,

etc.

Salary: NT$17,880/ mo. + subsidy NT$5,000

Access control/supervision of dormitory residents and maintenance of dormitory facilities and environment
