Latest Updates on the 7th EPS-Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK)

Reminders: All applicants of EPS-TOPIK should know the following before the test:
1. The expected number of passers for this EPS-TOPIK is 6000 persons for manufacturing and its numbers can be changed according to the circumstances of EPS.
2. All applicants should confirm his/her designated test venue and test
date/time for EPS-TOPIK.
3. Under any circumstances, an applicant is not allowed to take the test at the other test venue or at the other time except his/her designated test
venue and time.
4. On the test date, a set of test paper and one answer sheet will be distributed to every applicant and the applicant's name' registration number and designated type of test paper will be printed (marked) already on each answer sheet.
5. An applicant should confirm his/her name and registration number which will be printed on his/her answer sheet when receiving the answer sheet'.
6. Rn applicants also should receive the same type of test paper with the printed type of test paper on the answer sheet'.
7. Any mistakes or errors caused by the type of test paper are the responsibility of the applicant. For this reason, all applicants should confirm that the type of tlst paper which he/she receives is the same with the one printed on the answer sheet before the test starts.
8. One answer sheet will be distributed to each applicant only once and
any replacement or correction is not allowed.'
9. Correction of answers on the answer sheet with correction fluid or tape
will be regarded as wrong answer.
10. An answer sheet should be marked only with a black color pen. Others (such as a pencil or other color pen) will not be allowed.
11. The answer marked by a pencil or other pens (except black color pen)
will be regarded as wrong answer.
12. Once the test starts, not only the test room proctors but also the staff from HRD Korea will verify identity of each applicant during the test, so every applicant should bring the admission ticket of EPS-TOPIK which was distributed during the registration period and his/her ID card.
13. No one is allowed to take the test without ID card.
14. During the test, applicants are not allowed to go to the toilet (rest room) and to leave the test room before the end of the test (even though he/she finishes the test before the end).
15. It is strongly recommended for all applicants not to bring his/her mobile phone or any other electronic devices to the test venue on the test date. Anyone who is found using or having such devices during the test will be regarded as a cheater.
16. If any applicant is found to have committed any fraudulent acts during the test, he/she cannot apply for EPS-TOPIK for the following 2 years and his/her test shall be invalid also.
