2,000 Nurses and Medical Workers Needed for Saudi

Recruitment is going on for some 2,000 nurses and other medical personnel for deployment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at thePhilippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)
Department of Labor and Employment Secretary Patricia A. Sto. Tomas said "we are pleased to note that Saudi Arabia continues to rely on the Philippines and to prefer Filipino workers. We are confident that our growing pool of highly-trained and educated workers will be able to keep up with both local and overseas demand for their services."
According to POEA statistics, 169,011 land-based overseas Filipino workers were hired or re-hired in Saudi Arabia last year.
The Saudi Ministry of Health is in urgent need of the qualified applicants for its 40th Delegation according to POEA:
1,500 female nurses;
100 female ICU/NICU nurses;
50 male/female CT Scan technicians;
50 male/female Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technicians;
50 Nuclear Medicine technicians;
50 Angiography and Interventional Radiology technicians;
100 female dental assistants;
50 male/female technicians; and
50 female respiratory therapists.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of nursing, dental, or the appropriate technician courses;
Must be licensed, except for dental technicians and Muslim applicants; and,
Must have at least two years hospital experience, except for female
nurses/Muslim applicants.
Requirements
Submit a detailed resume with job description at the Manpower Registry Division; Window I, Ground Floor, Blas F. Ople Building (formerly POEA Building), Ortigas Ave. corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City with the following :
Six 2x2 pictures
photocopy of high school and college diploma
photocopy of board rating and certificate/Professional Regulation Commission
(PRC) ID
photocopy of employment certificate
marriage contract for female married applicant;
Office of Muslim Affairs (OMA) certificate for Muslim applicants
